Recurring services offered are Every Week, Every 2 Weeks, and Every 4 Weeks.

If there is a good chance your house will go right back to the way it was after one cleaning, you probably need some help. Or if you feel like you don’t have enough time in the day and you need to take some things off your plate, this is probably right for you.

Recurring service is a way to keep your house clean once that initial service is over. It’s our specialty to deliver great cleaning on a regular basis and make your life easier. Once it’s set up, we take care of the rest.

Once you have scheduled in, your home will be placed in a set schedule. For example, you might be every other Thursday if you have a cleaning set up for every 2 weeks

•  Kitchen counter and sinks
• Outside of appliances cleaned
• Stove top
• Showers and tubs
• Sinks, counters, and toilets
• Clean mirrors
• Carpeted floors vacuumed
• Tile floors swept and mopped
• Furniture dusted and polished
• Empty trash and replace liners (provided by client)
• Clean 1 sliding glass door
• Clean inside microwave
• 
  
• SERVICES CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEE (Unless move in/move out or one time cleaning)
•  (Must be prescheduled to allow time)
• Clean inside windows
• Fireplaces (Client provides vacuum)
• Wiping walls
• Enclosed Patios
• Patio furniture
• Vacuum sofas
• Vacuum chairs
• Wet wiping baseboards 
• oil cabinets
• oil doors
• inside cabinets (must be cleared)
• Inside refrigerator (must be empty)
• Making beds

Hourly rate is $175.00 per hour (3 people) (minimum 1 hour) No refunds on one time or first cleanings (We will return at earliest possible time to correct any issue as long as it is reported to Transformers Cleaning with in 24 hours of cleaning.
